This appeal is filed against the order, dated 20.08.2013, passed by the learned Single Judge in W.V.M.P.No.1516 of 2013 in W.P.M.P.No.41121 of 2010 in W.P.No.22954 of 2008.
Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel for the respondents.
We had an occasion to deal with the identical matter in a batch of writ appeals, being W.A.No.171 of 2006 and batch. With the consent of the parties, we heard the writ petitions, out of which, those writ appeals arose. Through a common judgment, dated 17.11.2014,
we dismissed the writ appeals and allowed the corresponding writ petitions. It was, however, directed that the University i.e. the 2nd respondent herein, shall submit the budget making provision for payment of pension to the concerned employees, and the Union, in turn, shall release the same.
Following the same, we dismiss the writ appeal and allow the writ petition. It is, however, directed that it shall be open to the 2nd respondent-University to submit the advance budget making provision for payment of pension to the 1st respondent herein and
other similarly situated persons, and the appellant, in turn, shall release necessary funds, after due verification. There shall be no order as to costs.
The miscellaneous petitions filed in this writ appeal and writ petition shall also stand disposed of.
