ORDER: (per the Hon’ble The Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta)
Sri S. Niranjan Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that the grievance made in the writ petition has been fully redressed by the concerned respondents as it appears from the counter affidavit.
In view of the aforesaid submission, we close the writ petition without passing any order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. There will be no order as to costs.
