In view of subsequent developments that are taken place during pendency of the matter, we close this Public Interest Litigation as the impugned order by which allotment of alternative plot of land was made in favour of the unofficial respondent has been cancelled. No costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
