This writ petition was filed in public interest in connection with the alleged encroachments on the road margins in Bhainsa town.
Ms. Avani, learned counsel representing Mr. S.V. Ramana, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that in the light of the counter affidavit filed by the Commissioner of Bhainsa municipality stating to the effect that there are no encroachments at present, no further orders require to be passed in this matter.
The public interest litigation is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. There will be no order as to costs.
