ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition arises out of order, dated 02.06.2014, in I.A.No.567 of 2014 in O.S.No.769 of 2012 on the file of the learned Special Sessions Judge for SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989-cum-Additonal District and Sessions Judge at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District.
At the hearing, Sri A.Mahadev, learned counsel for the petitioner, stated that his client is not interested in pursuing this Civil Revision Petition as, he is intending to file a suit for damages.
In view of the said submission, the Civil Revision
Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, interim order, dated 15.07.2014, is vacated and CRPMP.No.2841 of 2014 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
