This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal arises out of order dated 17-6-2005 W.C.No.128 of 2003 on the file of the Commissioner for Workmens’ Compensation, Hyderabad-II.
At the hearing, there is no representation for the appellants. Hence, it is reasonable to presume that the appellants are not interested in prosecuting their cause in the case.
