ORDER:
This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal arises out of order dated 13-9-2004 in W.C.No.25/2002(NF) on the file of the Commissioner for Workmen’s Compensation and Assistant Commissioner of Labour, Circle-II, Ranga Reddy District, at Hyderabad.
At the hearing, there is no representation for the appellant. Hence, it is reasonable to presume that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting its cause in the case.
The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution.
