ORDER:
This petition is filed to quash C.C.No.1154 of 2009 on the file of the XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad, for alleged offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
2. Heard both sides.
3. It is represented that the main case is disposed of as it ended in a compromise between the petitioners and the de facto complainant.
4. Recording the submission of the learned advocate for the petitioners, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.
5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, filed in this criminal petition, shall stand dismissed.
