CRIMINAL PETITION No. 8523 of 2012
ORDER:
This petition is filed to quash C.C.No.1135 of 2008 on the file of the X Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Malkajgiri for alleged offence under Section 498-A IPC.
2. Heard both sides.
3. Advocate for petitioners submitted that the trial Court acquitted both the petitioners/accused after full-fledged trial and, therefore, no further orders are necessary.
4. Recording the submission of the learned advocate for petitioners, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.
5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, filed in this criminal petition, shall stand dismissed.
