ORDER:
This petition is filed to quash proceedings in CC.No.284 of 2012 on the file of VII Special Court, Yerramanzil, Hyderabad. When the matter was listed on 08-08-2014, there was no representation and, therefore, it is directed to be listed to today under the caption “for dismissal”.
Today, in the morning when the matter is called none appeared for petitioners. In indicates that petitioners are not interested to prosecute the case.
Therefore, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
