This Criminal Petition is filed to quash FIR in Crime No.799 of 2012 of Vanasthalipuram Police Station, Ranga Reddy district for alleged offence under section 420 of IPC.
2. None appeared for the petitioner.
3. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that Police after
completion of investigation, filed charge sheet in the above crime on 25/11/2012.
4. As seen from the material papers filed along with this criminal petition, petitioner approached this court after filing of charge sheet.
5. Considering the same, this Criminal Petition is dismissed,
as infructuous.
6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petition if any, pending in this
