CRIMINAL PETITION No. 9099 OF 2012
ORDER:
This petition is filed to quash FIR No.235 of 2012 on the file of Nellore II Town Police Station.
When the matter is listed on 01-08-2014, there was no representation and, therefore, it is directed to be listed to today under the caption “for dismissal”.
Today, when the matter is called, none appeared for the petitioners. Heard the counsel for 2nd respondent. This Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
As a sequel to the disposal of this Criminal Petition, the Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
