O R D E R :
This Criminal Petition is filed to quash FIR in Crime No.201 of 2012 of Chirala I-Town Police Station, Guntur district, for alleged offence under section 420 of IPC.
2. Heard both sides.
3. Advocate for petitioner submitted that main prayer of the complainant is to see that his dues are recovered from the accused that there is no material attracting offence under section 420 of IPC.
4. I have perused the material papers filed along with this criminal petition.
5. On a perusal of the material papers, I am of the view that instead of going into merits of the case, directing the Police to complete investigation without making arrest of the petitioner, this criminal petition can be disposed of.
6. Accordingly this Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the Police to complete investigation as expeditiously as possible and in the meantime not to arrest the petitioner till completion of
investigation or filing final report in the above crime.
7. As a sequel, miscellaneous petition if any, pending in this
criminal petition shall stand closed.
