ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the notice of winding up of the company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 is published in two daily newspapers as ordered by this Court and a Memo is also filed to that effect along with paper publication. In view of the same, company petition is closed.
