In this matter, learned counsel for the petitioner filed memo stating that the respondent’s company has issued cheque bearing No.006451 for an amount of Rs.15,51,231/-and the same was credited in to the account of the petitioner company on 19.09.2014 and therefore, seeks leave of this Court to close the company petition.
In view of the above, the company petition is closed.
