ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed for violation of the order passed by this Court on 16.12.2013 in WPMP.No.44559 of 2013 in W.P.No.35829 of 2013.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondents have complied with the order dated 16.12.2013 passed in WPMP.No.44559 of 2013 in W.P.No.35829 of 2013.
Recoding the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
