Learned counsel for the petitioner filed a memo dated 21.11.2014 stating that the respondent company approached the petitioner company with a compromise proposal and has given assurance of settling the claim of the petitioner company and sought permission to withdraw the Company Petition No.225 of 2014.
Permission as sought for, is accorded and the Company Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to revive the same, in case the respondent fails to pay the same.
