O R D E R
This Contempt Case is filed alleging the violation of orders dated 01.04.2014 passed in W.P.M.P.No.10478 of 2014 in W.P.No.8384 of 2014. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Forests submitted that the 1st respondent has complied with the orders passed on 01.04.2014 and also filed an additional affidavit to that effect.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the same. In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
