JUDGMENT:
Learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Appeal Suit.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim Order granted earlier by this Court stands vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the appeal, shall stand closed.
