O R D E R :
Learned counsel for both the parties have submitted that the petitioner and the respondents have arrived at a settlement and the respondents handed over a Demand Draft dated 17.11.2014 for Rs.8 lakhs to the counsel for the petitioner towards full and final settlement of the matter and requested for dismissal of the Company Petition.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that he has received the above said Demand Draft for Rs.8 lakhs.
In view of the above, the Company Petition is dismissed.
