O R D E R :
Learned counsel for the respondent filed a letter dated 24.11.2014, addressed by the Registrar, Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (for short ‘BIFR’), wherein it is stated that the application filed by the respondent company under Section 15(1) of the Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985, is registered in BIFR vide Case No.73 of 2014. The said letter is also served on the counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the above, the Company Petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to seek revival of the same, depending upon the orders passed by the BIFR in the Case No.73 of 2014.
