Order:
This Company Application is filed for dispensing with the requirement of convening the meetings of shareholders and secured creditors of
the applicant- Company and to appoint a Chairperson to convene a meeting of its unsecured creditors.
This Court by Order, dated 26-02-2014, while dispensing with the requirement of holding the meetings of the shareholders and secured creditors of the applicant- Company, appointed a Chairperson for holding a meeting of its unsecured creditors on 07-04-2014.
The Chairperson has submitted her report, on 11-04-2014, stating that as directed by this Court, she has held the meeting of the unsecured creditors of the applicant- Company at its registered Office situated at A-24/25, Assisted Private Industrial Estate, Balanagar, Hyderabad, Tanuku Road, Tadepalligudem, West Godavari District, on 07-042014 at 11.00 A.M.
With the filing of the report by the Chairperson, no further order need be passed in this application. The report of the Chairperson is placed on file and the Company Application is closed.
