ORDER:
This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order dated 10.06.2008 in W.V.M.P.No.216 of 2007 in W.P.M.P.No.21302 of 2004 in W.P.No.16335 of 2004.
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana Area), on instructions, submitted that respondent No.2 has restored the petitioner’s name in the revenue records on 07.04.2014.
In view of the said step taken by respondent No.2, the contempt case is closed and the respondents are discharged from the contempt proceedings.
