JUDGMENT:
This appeal is filed against judgment and decree dated 18.12.2010 in O.S.No.1528 of 2007 on the file of the learned VIII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District.
Mr. T.V.S. Prabhakara Rao, learned counsel for the appellant, has addressed letter dated 10.04.2014 to the Registry, wherein he has informed that the appellant wants to withdraw the appeal.
At the hearing, Mr. S. Siva Bhami Reddy, learned counsel representing Mr. T.V.S. Prabhakara Rao, learned counsel for the appellant, reiterated his request.
In view of the same, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the appeal, A.S.M.P.No.1090 of 2011 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
