ORDER:
This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order dated 30.11.2012 in W.P.No.35398 of 2012.
On behalf of the respondents, respondent No.1 filed a counteraffidavit, wherein he has inter alia stated that following the order dated 23.11.2012 passed by this Court in the above-mentioned writ petition, the respondents held negotiations with the writ petitioner under Section 146 of the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955, that the respondents have offered TDR certificate in lieu of compensation for double the affected area whose market value is Rs.25,40,000/- and that the writ petitioner, being satisfied with the said offer, has allowed the respondents to form the road. The respondents have also referred to letter dated 09.08.2013 under which they have offered TDR to the deceased writ petitioner.
