JUDGMENT:
This civil miscellaneous appeal is filed against order dated 28.02.2004 in W.C.No.50 of 2003 on the file of the Commissioner for Workmen’s Compensation and Assistant Commissioner of Labour, Kadapa.
The A.P. High Court Legal Services Committee has placed before the Court the award dated 26.02.2014 of the Lok Adalat organized by it, under which the dispute between the parties has been settled.
In view of the said award, which is placed on record, the civil miscellaneous appeal is closed.
As a sequel to closure of the civil miscellaneous appeal, interim order dated 12.08.2004 is vacated and C.M.A.M.P.Nos.13265 of 2004, 1894 of 2012 and 1895 of 2012 shall stand disposed of infructuous.
