This is an application filed under Section 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, complaining non-compliance of the orders dated 9.01.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.484 of 2014 in W.P.No.428 of 2014.
2. When the matter is called, the learned counsel for the respondent has placed on record a letter bearing No.11/876(01)/2014RM(G), dated 6.09.2014 of the Personnel Officer, APSRTC, Guntur, asking the writ petitioner to attend the office on 8.09.2014 at 9.30 a.m., along with Driving Licence for attending driving test, for the post of Contract Driver at Guntur Region, as per the directions of this Court. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent that in response to the said letter, the petitioner attended the test.
3. In view of the above said letter and the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Contempt Case is closed and the respondent herein stands discharged. No order as to costs.
