This is an application filed under Section 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, complaining non-compliance of the orders dated 21.01.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.No.15310 of 2007.
2. Today, when the matter is called, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the Learned Government Pleader that the order of this Court has been complied with.
3. Recording the said submission, this Contempt Case is dismissed and the respondent herein stands discharged. No order as to costs.
