ORDER:
This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order, dated 19.12.2013, in W.P.No.37171 of 2013.
At the hearing, Sri R.K.Suri, learned counsel for the petitioner, stated that the respondent has since complied with the order of this Court and hence the cause in the contempt case does not survive for adjudication.
In view of the above submission of the learned counsel, the contempt case is dismissed as infructuous.
