This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

“…….to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not issuing hall tickets to the students of the petitioners-institutions in spite of demand draft drawn in favour of the respondents within time as prescribed by the respondents, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently, direct the respondents to issue hall tickets to all the students of the petitioners-institutions after collecting examination fee and permit them to write examinations to be held from 19.03.2013 and also direct the respondents to declare the results of the all students of the petitioners-institutions batch 2011-2012.”

At the hearing, it is agreed among the learned counsel for the parties that the issue similar to the one raised in this writ petition was considered and decided by this Court in order, dated 27.06.2012, in W.P.No.4764 of 2012.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.2 to issue Hall Tickets to the students of the petitioners-institutions after receiving the examination fees and permit the petitioners’ students to appear for the examinations scheduled to be held from 19.03.2013 and declare their results.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WPMP.No.5482 of 2013 filed by the petitioners for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
