This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

“…Hon’ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action in not issuing hall tickets to the students of petitioners institutions and in spite of demand draft drawn in favour of respondents within the time as prescribed by the respondents as illegal, irregular, arbitrary and discriminatory and violation of principles of natural justice and offends Article 14 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to issue hall tickets to all the students of petitioners institutions after collecting examination fee and permit the all the students of the petitioners institutions by names 1. Glory Mahila Seva Sadan M.P.H.W.(F) Training Institute, Jinnur village, Poduru Mandal, West Godavari District, 2. Col.Dr.D.S. Raju M.P.H.W.(F) Training Institute Tanuku Town and Mandal, West Godavari District, to writ examinations will be held on 19.03.2013 and direct the respondents to declare the results of the all students of the petitioners institutions batch 2011-2012 pass such other order or orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstance of the case.”

At the hearing, it is agreed among the learned counsel for the parties that the issue similar to the one raised in this writ petition was considered and decided by this Court in order, dated 27.06.2012, in W.P.No.4764 of 2012.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the

direction to respondent No.2 to issue Hall Tickets to the students of the petitioners-Institutions after receiving the examination fees and permit the petitioners’ students to appear for the examinations scheduled to be held from 19.03.2013 and declare their results.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WPMP.No.5663 of 2013 filed for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
