ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking enforcement of the order dated 06.05.2013 passed by respondent No.1.
In my opinion, this writ petition is wholly misconceived, for under the Right to Information Act, 2005, the orders passed by the State and Central Information Commissions are enforceable. Indeed, respondent No.1 has issued a show cause notice to respondent No.3 for
non-furnishing of information. Therefore, I do not find any reason to entertain this writ petition for enforcement of the order dated 06.05.2013 of respondent No.1.
The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before respondent No.1
As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.36816 of 2013 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
