This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to set aside letter bearing No.IEC/42099/CIW/VPT/Mgp.Corp/12, dated 30.03.2013, of respondent No.1, and proceedings bearing No.IMAR/DCO/ 2013/2082, dated 29.04.2013, of respondent No.2.

At the hearing, Sri R.Ravindra Kumar, learned counsel, representing Sri P.Rajasekhar, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to his client to avail the remedy under Rule 27 of the Vizagapatnam Harbour Craft Rules, 1950.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.26203 of 2013 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
