ORDER:
Both Sri P.Venkata Rao, Learned Counsel for the petitioner, and the Learned Government Pleader for Finance and Planning, would agree that the subject matter of the present Writ Petition is covered by an order of this Court in W.P.No.34569 of 2012 dated 6.11.2012.
This Writ Petition is also disposed of in accordance with and in terms of the aforesaid order passed by this Court in W.P.No.34569 of 2012 dated 6.11.2012. The Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. However, in the circumstances, without costs.
