ORDER:
Sri B.V.S.S.B.K.Ranjit, learned Counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach the competent Magistrate and file a private complaint.
Liberty, as sought for, is granted, and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
