ORDER:
The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is to declare the action of the third respondent in not issuing pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of lands in Survey No.259-1 to an extent of Acs.5.00 and in Survey No.259-3 to an extent of Acs.2.08 cents to the first petitioner, the land in Survey No.262 to an extent of Ac.8.01 cents to the second petitioner situated at Gollapuram Village of Hindupur Mandal in Anantapur District pursuant to the representation made by the petitioners dated 10.12.2012, as arbitrary and illegal.
Learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Andhra and Rayalaseema Areas) would submit that, if an application in Form VI-A, in terms of Section 4(1) of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 (the Act), and Rule 18 of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Rules, 1989 (the Rules), is filed by the petitioners, the third respondent would consider the same, in accordance with law, and pass orders thereupon at the earliest.
Sri N.Aswartha Narayana, learned Counsel for the petitioners, would submit that an application, in the prescribed form, would be filed within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. In case such an application is filed, in accordance with the form prescribed under the Act and the Rules made thereunder, within the aforesaid period, the third respondent shall consider the same, and pass orders thereupon, in accordance with law within two months thereafter.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
