ORDER:
Heard the arguments of Sri Suresh Kumar Potturi, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development.
It is not in dispute that the petitioner filed an appeal before the third respondent.
Hence, the third respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal within four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Subject to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
