The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri K. Sita Ram, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Addl. Public Prosecutor for the Respondent, the Court made the following.
ORDER:
“Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor representing the State.
2. The petitioner is accused in Cr.No.74 of 2013 of Peddathumbalam PS, Kurnool District, registered for the offence under Section 307, 323 & 324 IPC r/w. Section 34 IPC. It is stated that other accused in the case are already released on bail. It is further stated that material part of the investigation is completed in the case.
3. In the circumstances, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner-accused. The petitioner be released on bail on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousands) with two sureties for the like sum to the satisfaction of JFCM, Adoni.
4. The criminal petition is allowed.”
