“This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner-Accused under Sections 437 and 439 of the Criminal Procedure Code seeking bail in Crime No.124 of 2013 of Peddemul Police Station, Ranga Reddy District registered for the offence punishable under Sections 354, 324 and 504 IPC.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner - accused and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-state.
3. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that investigation in this case is completed and the charge sheet is filed.
4. Therefore, this Court is of the view that the petitioner - accused can be granted bail.
5. In the result, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Tandur”.
