Petition under Sections 437 & 439 of Cr.P.C., praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition and the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the petitioners on bail in connection with Crime No.64/2013 of Lingala Police Station, Kadapa on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Pulivendula, pending enquiry and trial.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri P.Hemachandra, Advocate for the Petitioners and of the Addl. Public Prosecutor for the Respondent, the Court made the following.

“Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor representing the State. 2. The learned Addl. Public Prosecutor submits that material part of the investigation in this case is completed. The petitioners have been in judicial custody in connection with this case since 30 days. I am of the view that the petitioners can be granted bail.

3. Accordingly, the criminal petition is allowed and the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties for the likesum each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Pulivendula, Kadapa District.”
