JUDGMENT:
None appears for the appellants and there is no representation on their behalf. A perusal of the proceeding sheet discloses that on the last three consecutive occasions i.e. 21.01.2013, 28.01.2013 and 05.02.2013, none appeared for the appellants and there was no representation on their behalf.
In the circumstances, it appears the appellants are not interested in prosecuting the appeal any further and this Court has no option except dismissing the appeal for default/non-prosecution.
Therefore, the C.M.A. is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
