ORDER:
This revision is filed against the docket order dated 03.01.2013 in I.A. No.962 of 2012 in O.S. No.225 of 2012 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Nizamabad, wherein the application filed by the petitioners - plaintiffs for interim injunction was adjourned to 22.01.2013 for hearing the respondent.
Learned counsel on both sides fairly agreed that the C.R.P. may be disposed of directing the trial Court to dispose of I.A. No.962 of 2012 within three weeks and to continue the interim injunction granted by this Court in C.R.P.M.P. No.160 of 2013 on 10.01.2013 till then.
In the circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, the C.R.P. is disposed of directing the trial Court to dispose of I.A. No.962 of 2012 in O.S. No.225 of 2012 within a period of three weeks from today, uninfluenced by the injunction order granted by this Court in C.R.P.M.P. No.160 of 2013. However, the interim injunction granted by this Court shall continue for three weeks. There shall be no order as to costs.
