O R D E R:
None appears for the appellant. No representation. A perusal of the proceeding sheet reveals that on two previous consecutive occasions i.e., on 14.11.2012 and 30.11.2012 also there was no representation on behalf of the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the case any further. As such this Court is of the view that the appeal may be dismissed for default.
In the circumstances, the appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. The miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand dismissed. No costs.
