ORDER:
Learned Government Pleader for Higher Education submits that the respondents have passed consequential orders on 30-04-2012, after passing the impugned order by this Court.
2. Since the consequential orders have been passed, and it requires interpretation of G.O.Ms.No.203, Education Department, dated 18-06-1999, probably, the petitioner has to file a fresh writ petition.
3. In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. The miscellaneous petition filed in this contempt case shall also stand disposed of.
