ORDER :
This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction of the respondent No.4 in issuing pattadar pass book and title deed in favour of the petitioner pursuant to the application dated 26-11-2011 in respect of Ac.9.24 cents of agricultural land situated at Oduru village, Chillakuru Mandal, S.P.S.R. Nellore District.
Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents on instructions submitted that the petitioner’s application was returned in December, 2011 itself for the reasons specified therein. A copy of the said proceedings of the Tahsildar has also been placed before this Court.
In view of the order that was already passed, no further enquiry is necessary in this writ petition and
accordingly, the same is disposed of granting leave and liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh application. No costs.
