No.15589 of 2009 the amount to which the petitioner is entitled towards Section 17 B wages have already been deposited in the Labour Court. Copy of the Demand Draft
dated 07.4.2011 for Rs.4,39,385/- deposited to the credit of E.P. No.7 of 2010 has been placed before this Court.
Hence, no further enquiry is necessary and the contempt case is accordingly closed. No costs.
