O R D E R:
This contempt case is filed alleging violation of the order dated 18.8.2009 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P. No.22238 of 2009 in W.P. No.16941 of 2009.
Respondent No.5 filed counter denying the allegations made in the contempt case and further stating that in compliance with the order passed by this Court he instructed the Mandal Revenue Inspector to stop all further constructions on the land in question and also to remove the board erected at graveyard.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has not disputed the stand taken by the respondent in the counter-affidavit.
Hence, no further enquiry is necessary and the contempt case is accordingly closed. No costs.
