ORDER:
Heard both sides.
2. It is stated that the police have registered First Information Report in Cr.No.59 of 2012 against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 353 and 323 IPC. The vehicle of the petitioner is stated to have been seized in connection with the said offences.
3. Petitioner is at liberty to approach the Court of the concerned Magistrate and file an application seeking the release of the vehicle and on such application being filed, the learned Magistrate may consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
4. Accordingly, Writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
