ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the Social Welfare, representing the respondents-State.
2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would prefer an appeal before the 6th respondent against the impugned order and also seek appropriate interim direction pending disposal of the appeal.
3. In the circumstances, it is considered no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition, especially, when a statutory remedy of appeal is available. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail statutory remedy of appeal before the 6th respondent and also to seek appropriate interim direction pending disposal of the appeal.
The 6th respondent is further directed to consider the application for interim direction within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of the appeal and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law.
4. In the result, the writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions if any shall stand closed.
