Mr.Mohammed Maqsood Ali, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a civil suit for declaration of the date of birth.
In view of the said representation, the writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn and the same is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to avail all other remedies available under law, including filing of a civil suit. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand
closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
